Where are you based?
We are based in Sydney, NSW and are willing to service the majority of the state. With enough notice, planning and preparation we are willing to work anywhere.
Are you able to capture our products if we ship them to you?
Yes, we have experience in documenting clothing items and technological products which were shipped to us. Our content delivery is constant regardless of if the client can be physically present. We engage in zoom meetings and prepare brief material prior and during our process to ensure the client has full knowledge of the process and is up to date with how its proceeding.
How much do you cost?
We are an affordable media business who offer prices below the state average. We believe in under selling and over delivering, as this keeps everyone happy and helps us retain clients and families into the future. We tailor our prices to the exact needs of our client, this is so that we can ‘cut the fat’ off some package deals and deliver what the client truly wants. We offer several ways of paying for our services, they include; cash, bank transfer and card payments. There are also other was which we obtain services, we offer payment plans on family shoots and retainers for businesses.
What is a retainer?
We oer our services under the payment type of a ‘Retainer.’ A retainer is essentially an agreement between two parties in which they exchange money for services over a specified period of time. Retainers are paid monthly with services being delivered constantly throughout the agreed retainer period.
This benefits the client, as obtaining services through an agreement like a retainer will ensure that the service provider is available to the client for the entirety of the retainer period. It also ensures consistent, frequent content at a discounted rate, as ‘one o’ projects demand a greater expense from service providers.
This also allows for a greater relationship and trust between the client and service provider, as we can get to know each other better and know your business better than we could o a ‘one o service.’ This allows us to better refine our services to suite your ever changing needs. This would all be done at a consistent cost, with no hidden fees.
The period of a retainer can range from 3 months to several years, this is due to forecasting and preparing content for the future. We recommend a minimum of 6 months to ensure all future events, future content and marketing campaigns are accounted for.
How do I prepare for my shoot?
We will be in contact with you in the lead up to your shoot and will ensure you are well prepared.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, you may reschedule if the weather is not ideal or due to sickness or family circumstance. We do however request the earliest possible notice time to avoid any financial stress to our business. We will retain any deposit paid and use it to secure the future date.
I obtained content from you months prior, can I obtain more from that shoot?
Yes, we keep all content captured for a minimum period of 3 years. If we have done a project with you and some time has passed, feel free to contact us to see if there is anything else we can provide you. This may incur a further cost.
